Returns

Sale items are non-refundable.

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return full priced items to us within 5 days of receipt, for a full refund less postage costs. 

Please contact us via email - info@kurta-kouture.co.uk, before posting any goods back.

You, the customer are responsible for the return postage cost. Please include your order number on the front of your parcel. We recommend you return all items by a service which is tracked - i.e. Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt.

All items are dry clean only. Returns will not be accepted if it transpires outfits are worn, the tags have been taken off, they have been damaged upon trying on, the items have been cleaned via other methods and thus damaged etc. We reserve the right to decide this.

Guidelines

  • If you need to return your products please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while you have them.

  • You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products. Keep and include the original packaging with your return.

  • Please ensure returns are properly packaged and therefore can not be damaged in transit.

  • For combination purchases/ multibuys you must return any 'free' items back to us to process a refund.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.

We will notify you when we've received your return and we aim to process refunds within 3/5 working days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.

Please note the original delivery cost would not be refunded in the event of a return.

Preordered or Made-To-Measure items can not be returned unless there is a fault.

Please note: a difference in colour (due to lighting and camera effects) from the brand's official pictures does not classify as a fault.
